The story behind who you’d be working with

I’ve spent the last 10 years exploring different ways of adding value to the holistic people experience.

I’ve learned that the greatest impact is delivered at the intersection of experience design, change management, and communications - this is where the magic really starts to happen!

Where it all started

I found my passion for people experiences at a summer camp in North Carolina.

The camp caters to autistic people, and is structured in a way that enables campers who have different sensory, support, and communication needs to enjoy a week of recreational activities, without the typical stressors they encounter. Think sensory rooms, 1:1 camper-counsellor ratios, picture/object schedules, and an environment that celebrates differences.

It was here that I saw how small changes to environments and interactions could open up an array of possibilities and significantly impact the way a person experiences situations. After my first summer working at camp I decided to shape my life around creating experiences where people can thrive.

If i’m unavailable for a few weeks over the summer, you’ll most likely find me here!

From coasts to canals

While I grew up in New Zealand, I’ve spent the last decade exploring different countries and lifestyles abroad. I’m currently based in Amsterdam, but love working with clients from all around the globe.

DIY Design

After getting fed up with the design limitations of PowerPoint and Word, I taught myself how to use various digital design tools to bring stories to life more visually. You can usually find me carting around my iPad for when inspiration hits!
